Let them know you are prepared to answer any questions they may have such as about sexuality or gender confusion.
If they are the type of parents who would have problems with this behaviour it might be worthwhile to get someone you trust to be with you or speak on your behalf. This could be a school guidance councellor or a parent of a friend that you trust.
