AnswerYou call him by his name. Why go through the trouble of trying to figure this one out. You can still call him Uncle even if it is not totally correct. It is much better, than Yo, old man!AnswerYour first cousin's aunt is your mother, one of your parent's sisters (also your aunt) or is not related to you at all.

If the aunt is your mother or a parent's sister, then her uncle is your great uncle. If the aunt is not related to you, her uncle isn't either.

Your mother's father's (i.e. your grandfather's) uncle's brother is either your great-great uncle or your great-grandfather.
