If you mean yourself personally then no. You have no obligations to any society to live your life in any way other than how you want to. If you don't want to have children then that is your own choice and you should not feel bad about not wanting to reproduce. If you mean the world as a whole then yes. Women birth babies that keep population going. If enough babies are not born then population rates will drop. If no babies are born at all then mankind will cease to exist.
