If the break up didn't end too badly or if you think you can, talk to the person and as hard as it is when you've been hurt, consider the facts. Finding out that someone doesn't love you anymore hurts, alot, but its better than not knowing, fueling pointless hopes that will only hurt ten times worse when they're broken down later on. Don't immediately look for someone to fill the gap, focus on the other great things in life. Friends, family, sport or some other leisure activity your really in to.
