teens can start to feel mentally insecure due to discrimination. they lose self-esteem and think that everything is wrong with themselves. take this from a teens pint of veiw, and from expierience just because of colour or family etc. knowing that someone cares or that someone thinks they look nice means a lot to them! don't go gettin counselin this will just make them feel daft. teens can stop all feelings mentally and it can take phsical affects. stress causes headaches and uneasyness. sometimes they want to stop all of their developement and so they cut themselves. this doesnt happen all the time but in some extreme cases it does lead to this!
