Well it starts with something in common. If you have someone who is outgoing then they would be with someone outgoing. Of course you do have the occasional opposites attract. For borderlines they are connected inside and out. They start with they have the diagnosis in common and in most cases the symptoms as well. I have borderline as well and I have been in a relationship with someone with the same disorder.
