u can prepare for it by going through novels or at-least the essay books of classes IX-XII.U can try speaking on light topics at-least for 1 min at ur home itself...e.g. you can speak on your skul/college/office..whatever....on ur room's A/C( i know sounds funny bt it really helps)....some painting of ur room...or on ur fav football star....dis wud boost up ur confidence..later u can proceed for 2 min practise and some harder topics.......dis way u'll be well versed in extempore within a week
