There are little things you can do to increase your chances of making friends.
1. Be open. If you are judgmental, you can end up closing a lot of doors, and potential friends.
2. Try new things. This does not mean to change your morals and values, but maybe try that sport out, or check out that school club. You never know who your going to meet.
