What this means is that it's one thing to say something, but it's another thing when you do it. People are more convinced/moved by actions than words. You know that saying, "Talk is cheap", well...it is! If you say something and don't do it and continue that sort of habit, people will will accept you as that kind of person and it is very difficult to change peoples mind's about you. When you say something, just do it and people will look at you as an honorable person. Depending on what the trust issue was it could take a long while. Trust is earned not given. If actions do speak louder than words then the best advice is to always follow through with what you say, be honest at all times, be sure to be considerate and maintain a positive attitude and convey a positive attitude. Sometimes the easiest thing to do is not always the best thing. In that instance think about what outcome your decision will produce. Dont forget an action creates a reaction and those too are not always good or easy.
