Bad, you don't want to put anything mind and body altering in your body while pregnant. If it makes you high it makes the baby high. Dont drink alcohol and don't do drugs. You don't want to do drugs or drink alcohol the whole entire pregnancy and even a while after while you are breast feeding. Smoking weed causes disturbances in a baby such as collick where a babies central nervous system isn't fully developed after birth. They are in serious pain and you cant do anything about it except blame yourself, trust me you don't want to smoke or drink anything that's mind altering while pregnant.
