Bullying started long before the 1980's probably even before the 1950's, and was done to make someone else feel small or insignificant, back then it was grouped bullying where there was no services to help the victim being bullied, but now it has attracted attention of the police, services have been made to help people combat cyberbullying and bullying, reporting has been made easier. since communication between computers was made cyberbullying was only a small factor but now it has developed into a serious issue which causes instability and serious health problems to the victim.

This is just a basic insight on how bullying was something so small that developed into something massive.
