The answer to your question is no or maybe or even I have no idea. Does that answer your question
maybe he wants to..he just doesnt know how to start the conversation, or know what to say. and even if you start a conversation with one question, maybe he doesnt know what to say after that question, so you might just have to keep the convo going
The word maybe can be used to open a sentence. The fear instilled in you by a well-intentioned but perhaps too directive teacher was that in using the word maybe at the start of the sentence you might commit a fragment. After a sentence, the tag "Maybe so" is a fragment appropriate for colloquial speech but not formal writing. When maybe stands for "It may be that," you can certainly use it to start a sentence as in "Maybe I will." If I've not answered your question fully, perhaps you could give an example of what you mean.

start off with a story or quote...maybe a question..it depends on your topic
maybe he was the guy u were lookin for and he was right there but u never thought about it and maybe u hated him but he liked u!?
No. That is a history question. Ask your parents if you want. They don't even know it. But try to ask a teacher. Maybe she/he knows it.
an excellent way to start a speech is to ask a question and/or say a quote. maybe ask how people know about anne frank or give a quote about her.
MAYBE?!?!
Maybe you typed the question wrong or maybe they did not understand
This is a very vague and difficult question to answer, you simply can't summarize human nature, if you are interested in this subject, start out my reading some books on the subject, maybe check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_nature for a start. Then maybe take a course in psychology, see if you enjoy it.
