Yes. Mom's genetic makeup is either AA or AO. If Dad is O, he only has 1 possible genetic makeup of OO. The combination of these 2 would produce a child with the possiblities of AO genotype which result in A type or OO genotype which would result in O. type. The same would occur for the Positive. A positive & O positive

I'm not completely sure about the whole negative and positive thing but these are the possible allele combinations results in a particular blood type as follows:

OO=BLOOD TYPE O

AO=BLOOD TYPE A

BO=BLOOD TYPE B

AB=BLOOD TYPE AB

AA=BLOOD TYPE A

BB=BLOOD TYPE B

No. If both parents have "A" blood type then they baby could either be "A" or "O", but not "AB".
