noo i don't think that 13 year old girls should be talking to 22 year old men unless they were a family friend. i am 18 years old and when i was 13 i hung out with a guy that was 22 years old at darien lake with my friends and i got into alot of trouble for that. My mom was really mad at me because i continued to talk to him online. She even had a cop come to my house and have him talk to me about the dangerous situations i was getting myself into. so i do not think that you should do that its a dangerous situation and a bad idea.
