in response to my experience ,, i prove that it does not help increase one's height but it does improves posture,, adding 1-2 cm to your height.. i have tried it many times stretching every night for duration of 3 months however, it only gives aches on my back.. and i found it good yet gives pain to my back.. hope u consider this text..
