I personally believe that in todays world people are not getting enough beneficial exercise because they consume such a large amount of food daily and do the bare minimum for exercise (i.e:walk for 10 min). Unhealthy individuals usually are not pushing themselves to where they need to be, like sweating, or cardio, weights etc. When some one gets a little tired or think they have "exercised" in 10 minutes they stop. This is an inaccurate way to think your doing something to benefit your body because your actually doing nothing. Peoples bodies are not benefitting from what exercise because they are not exercising properly. For people with heart conditions, or leg problems, even high blood pressure, or obesity can benefit from exercising if they do the correct exercises in reps for at least 30 minutes. Over eating, or eating unhealthy foods with lots of hydrogenated ingredients is no help. Fast food, and portion control are also essential for people to be aware of because exercise can be pointless if the foods one eats is incredibly unhealthy.

To keep healty uu need to drink plenty of water, eat at least 5 portions of fruit or veg, and excersize daily. and dont eat on junk food, like chocolate,crisps and other fatty food's.
