Walking.
Our bodies are designed to walk, because back in the stone age, ice age times, people would walk and hunt for food etc, so we are conditioned that way. Walking is also low impact, resulting in less damage to the joints.

Walking is the easiest cardio. It is easier on your body than running or jogging and it is sustainable long term as we age. Moreover, simply walking for health can be done well into your dotage.

Easy and effective workouts can not only be found at the gym, but also at home. A treadmill is a great form of cardio, but if one is not available, running or walking is an excellent alternative. Several objects are needed for a successful workout. Those include, a Fitness ball (which provides toning and strengthening options) and Resistance bands which are optimal for easy strength training.

The easiest exercise I can possibly think of is just to walk.

No exercise is going to be "easy" if you are doing it correctly. Running is your best option. Just make sure you get at least 30 min of exercise in everyday!
