The Palmaris Longus muscle is found in the forearm of most mammals to include humans. However, the muscle may also be known to be absent in some people and this seems to be related to ethnicity; about 14% of the world's population do not have this muscle.

cardiac muscle is only found in the heart so it is used constantly but it isn't the most common muscle found in the body, this would be skeletal muscle.

Most of the organs contain smooth muscle. The exception is the heart, which contains cardiac muscle.
You have most likely converted your fat into muscle, therefore no change in weight.
Your mouth. Your tongue is actually the most strongest muscle in the human body.
