I received one of these through freecycle.org and I have personally looked everywhere for a manual, including contacting the company (they didn't reply)
I was finally able to purchase the "manual video" on eBay for $9 including shipping. It is a 17 year old VHS tape that shows the 7 most basic exercises (out of a total of 15) The video was starting to degrade, but it would still play. I think the seller had more of them.
Good luck! I am going to keep checking to see if anyone has found the manual. (It would be great if someone who owned it would scan it and put it on the internet! THere is a site called something like "manuals.com" where you can find manuals that way-- no Firmflex though.

The flex

Bending your body involves using your joints and muscles to flex and extend different parts of your body. Depending on the area you want to bend, you can engage the corresponding muscles and move in the desired direction. It's important to bend slowly and safely to prevent injury.
Breasts do not have muscles that can be flexed like other parts of the body. However, some people can engage their pectoral muscles underneath their breasts to create a tightening or lifting effect.
Heheh firm.
To "flex" is a slang - meaning to strut, or physically show off something - usually the body. "Flex in on your ex" suggests that whoever this is said about intends to do this to you ex partner (e.g. I am going to flex in on your ex, he is going to flex in on your ex, she is..., they are..., etc). Basically - that the person who is going to flex is going to make a move on your ex.
FLEX magazine is a magazine that mainly deals with articles and news on the subject of body building and weight lifting. FLEX also shares nutrition and dietary tips for its readers.
I'm pretty sure, all mammals can flex, think about it. Every mammal has a backbone, backbones allow them to bend, therefore Almost All mammals can flex.
