For waist size, you would have to measure your waist by yourself because the measurements depend on weight and body type. All you have to do is take measuring tape and wrap it around your waist so the tape isn't so loose it is falling down, but not so tight it is squeezing your stomach fat ('cause lets get real, we all got some)! Good luck!
A 32 waist is about a size 7 or 8
UK 8 = 25" - 26"
the average elephant has a waist size of around 2cm.

Mens waist sizes are simply womens sizes + 20. For example, Womens size 8 = Mens size 28 and Womens size 10 = Mens size 30. To answer the question, a mens waist size 36 is a womens size 16.
The average size 8 waist measurement in Australian clothing is 63cms. Each size increases by 5cms thereafter ..ie: size 10 is 68cms and size 12 is 73cms. Just keep in mind that the waist measurement still goes on the actual waist... not the lower position that pants are worn today. If you are buying pants on Ebay or such, it is best to measure the rise also... which is waist to crotch measurement. The best way to do this is to measure a favourite pair of pants rather than measuring yourself.
The panties probably should be a size 8.
The waist size of the average American men is a size 40 waist circumference.
That varies according to which country you are in.
