The ideal weight of a woman who is 5'7'' is between about 125-155 lbs. Differences can be cause by body type, muscle mass, certain medical conditions and medication, along with other factors. Weights within a few pounds of this scale are usually "average" or "healthy", too.

Given the 29 year old females can range in height from around 4 feet to well over 6 feet, there isn't a single weight. One's height will determine a range of weights which is considered healthy.
