Being fit is good for humans because it keeps the body well and healthy through out life, and it is also helps maintain a longer life span. Having an evenly balanced diet and doing plenty of excersise will make bones and muscles stronger, improve your looks, cut down on the amount of unwanted body fat and will leave your body perfect.
