The old food pyramid depicted food groups and recommended servings. The new food pyramid emphasizes variety, moderation, and making healthier food choices. It also includes physical activity as an essential component of a healthy lifestyle.
These activities are more vigorous than the lifestyle activities at the first level of the pyramid. While it is beneficial to perform both types of activity, sufficient health benefits can be obtained with involvement in active aerobics and active sports and recreation. Because they are more vigorous, they do not need to be performed as frequently (see the FIT formula in Concept 7). Determining the types of aerobic activities that are most suited to you will help you establish and maintain a more active lifestyle.

It is a pyramid that tells you about physical activities and when to do them how many to do and how may exercises there are.
At a minimum, do moderate intensity activity for 30 minutes most days, or preferably every day.
Street luge is a sport, everything else is just playing around. Or perhaps you prefer swimming.
