The P90X Workout is a 90 day plan that can be purchased on the internet. It is relatively expensive and complex and requires a serious commitment to exercise. Another is a plan by Good Housekeeping.

I cant tell you because I don't see the workout plan but leave me a message and Ill tell you how to gain 100 pounds on your bench press in a month and a half it is possible and i have seen it done before.

It depends on what kind of exercise you are doing and what results you want but if you want a regular easy plan, try p90x. it is not easy but gives you good results.
Beach body workout is a very good workout plan, if you stay committed to it. It would also be a good idea to add in some jogging or any other cardio for that matter. Also, you have to keep in mind that it's not just working out that gives you the body you desire; you have to stick to some sort of diet, as well.
You could actually have a good cardio workout plan without using any equipment. There are exercise tips which you can read on fitwatch.com like walking, jumping jacks, push ups and so much more.
