crunches will work but there are tons of different muscles that need excerise too, and by doing crunches you are creating muscle underneath the fat, making your stomach look bigger

You can rock back and forth, flutter your legs or just hold the position 4. Lay flat on your back, raise your legs to a right angle (straight up toward the ceiling, be sure not to bring them too close toward your face, they should be directly up) and lift your butt off the floor. 5. To work the sides of your abs. Do crunches but lay your knees (bent) to the left side and do your crunches and repeat the same thing but lay your bent knees to the right

∙ 15y agoCrunches help for a flatter tummy. But if you find that too hard, learn the Plank exercise which hardly requires any real movement (sorta) but it flexes your ab muscles. Start with 30 seconds and work to a minute. The more you improve the longer you have to do it.

No, preparation H will not help your stomach to shrink.
That's a way of putting it. The fat cells shrink but never leave unless they die. When they shrink your stomach I guess you can say shrinks.

do you mean your organ or the outside? if you want to shrink your organ then don't eat. if you want to shirk your outside then exercise.
