Doing excersise programs for teenagers is not very great as it takes up their homework time, time with their friends and they will ussually just quit the program. Involve them in something that he/she and his friends will enjoy, take them to the local YMCA or gym, involve them in a Martial Arts, or get them playing on a sports team

I'm 16 and 130 lbs and for a workout out I do 80 situps, 30 air squats, 20 lunges, 10 reps of shoulder press and 5 pushups. If you want you can do more or less depending on your strength.
