Can aerobics and yoga be done together?
They can be but aerobics and yoga are two totally different
workout. Yoga is to relax your entire body and stretch it out and
get you in good physical shape thru smooth, repeated motions and
relaxation. so that might be a good way to start off your aerobics
workout, to do yoga before hand to stretch out your bady and get
you ready for the aerobic workout.
