Aerobic exercises are very good way to keep you fit physically and mentally. Your heart rate rises up to 160 beats per minute. This will keep your cardiovascular system tuned up. Your cardiac out put may rise up to four times. This will maintain the elasticity of the arterial system, including the coronary vessels. Your respiratory depth and rate rises to get the system tuned up. The stagnated respiratory secretions will get clear up and all the alveoli opens up.
