The average person puts on weight first around their torso (in more pear-shaped women it goes straight to the hips, butt and thighs), then on the limbs and lastly on the extremities - in short, if you have fat hands and feet, it's time to get on a jogging machine because if you have excess weight on the feet then you have a serious obesity problem.
