Agility - marked by ready ability to move w/ quick easy grace. 4. Strength - ability to exert effort against resistance. 5. Flexibility - the quality of plasticity w/c gives the ability to do a wide range of movements. 6. Power - the ability to act or produce an effect; ability to get extra-base hits. 7. Speed - the ability to make successive movements of the same kind in the shortest period of time.8. Balance - stability produced by even distribution of weight on each side of the vertical axis. 9. Coordination - the ability of the body parts to move in harmony.
