Limping, pain 4 to 5 not severed. Can't walk as normal as you think. Don't try to run..it will hurt bad. avoid stairs, squatting..and last see a doc for more precise professional advise...and get x-rayed. Believe me.

Yes you can. Start kneeling up (not sitting kneeling), and put one knee slightly in front of the other. Shift your weight on that knee from the back to the front, slowly. Do on other knee. This is great for relieving pain in your joints, and it feels good.
