if the corsa's are of close age then the 1.8 box will probably fit the 1.6 engine if the engines are similar design and the main different is just the displacement
Yes it wil I own a Corsa with a boss engine and gearbox it runs great
A 2.0 Galaxy gearbox will fit a 2.8 Galaxy. The two petrol engines have the same size and specs, and are therefore interchangeable.Ê
no reason why it shouldn't as long as its a SRI corsa (i think they made an SRI astra but not sure on that) so yea theoretically it should be the same coz vauxhall saved money by creating similar engines and gearbox's so they should be interchangable so basically YES it will fit
NO! 17 wheels do NOT fit a corsa
It will physically fit as many diesel engines share the same blocks, but the gear ratios will be unsuitable, due to the reduced effective rev range of a diesel compared to the petrol engine. In short, will probably fit, won't work

You can get a petrol tank from the Fuel Tanks Directwebsite where you can get a petrol tank for £55.80 better than taking it to a mechanical garage like kwik fit where they would charge hundreds for a tank and also more money to fit it. (check related link)
You'll need to custom build a chassis and then adapt a Corsa body to fit on top - the drivechain, gearbox and so on will all need to be replaced too. It could be done, but it'd be a major project far in advance of anything most amateur and even mechanical mechanics could manage.
gearbox will fit, but the bellhousing may need to be swapped if you have both it is only 4 bolts to swith a a bell housing from one gear box to another
no thay are coded to the car
17" will fit!! =)
