They will only fit with minor modification. Scion TCs' bolt pattern is 5 x 100. BMW uses a 5X120 bolt pattern. Only way for it to work is to buy 5x100 to 5x120 wheel adapters. You can find them on eBay for about 30 bucks a wheel

Four passengers can ride in a 1995 BMW 325i Convertible. I own one and can tell you it's possible, but probably not the most comfortable for everyone. The reason 5 can't fit is because the center of the backseat is taken up by the driveshaft which runs to the rear wheels because it's a rear wheel drive car.
