its worth checking in boot area in case feed to rear washers has become disconnected as happened with mine last year. the boot was flooded and stank of stale water which collected in various places !!!! the feed runs along the passenger side of the car in the boot and under the rear seats if you tip them forward. check for any signs of damp .

The 'pickup' for the rear is set higher so tf the fluid level gets low the rear stops working first.
