The intake air temperature sensor is located just after the top of the intercooler. It will have color coded wires coming from it.
The MAF ( Mass Air flow) sensor is located right on the intake pipe. Can't miss it.

when facing the engine, it's screwed into the right side of the intake manifold (the big silver thingy with the 2.8 numerals) right below those two hoses.

an iat sensor is almost always located inline with the intake tube. i work on so many vw's at heart volkwagen i cant remember exactly where it is. if it is a turbo it will be most likely mounted on the inercooler. just check for a 2 wire sensor online with the intake tube.

The speed sensor in located in the front of the motor. You can find it near the transmission and the engine split line on the Jetta.
The speed sensor on a 98 Jetta is located near the brake setup. It is on the passenger wheel area mounted to a bracket.
On a 2001 VW Jetta 1.8T (AWW) Wolfsburg Ed. it's right next to your intake manifold.
