Your horn relay is under the dashboard. Remove the cover (there are three torx tip screws....the first is right next to the serial port for the computer scanner...then two more in a line) After you remove the cover, and you stand on your head under the steering wheel (not kidding) you will see square and rectangular relays. You can tell which one is which by putting your hand on each as you beep the horn (even if it doesn't beep...it will click). Mine was square qith a large 53 on it. Once you pull it you can match the schematic printed on the side to the schematic in your book.
