There are 2 fuse boxes in a punto, one below the steering wheel and one in the engine bay. The cigarette lighter fuse is in the one under the steering wheel. To open it there are 2 screws that can be simply unscrewed with a coin, use the grey tool (found clipped to a holder) to take out the 20Amp, yellow fuse (Right most fuse on the second to last row)
