The Blower motor is located under the glovebox assuming it is RHD car. They are temperamental . . . !
There is a vent approx 3'' x2" to the RHS of the footwell with a large plastic screw. Remove that and pull out.
The trim cover ( also has perforation holes ) with a central screw and one to the side of the panel should then be removed. Draw the panel towards you - there are locating tabs at the front edge which line up when re-fiting.
If you then look up you'll see a plastic housing roughly triangular in shape. There are 2 sliding guide catches an the back edge which should be loosened. The plastic cover should now be able to be removed down the way. ( it may require gentle tap or prise with a screwdriver - ensure that the catches have been correctly opened ! )
Once off this will show the blower motor in all its glory !
If it is faulty try turning fan switch on and tap the motor unit. It may spark into life. I had one like this and to avoid cost of new one packed it up with aluminum plates seemed to be poor connections. Alternatively a hardish slap on the trim panel below often fired it up too.
Refit is the reverse of the above.
They are generally located close to or near by the blower motor.
The blower motor for a 1994 Toyota Celica is located behind the glove box. After removing the glove box the motor is easily removed.

It is usually under the dash on the passenger side right next to the blower motor. On some, it is mounted on the same bracket as the blower motor.

the blower fan motor is located under the passenger side dash, just remove the panel and then unbolt everything in your way until you come to a sort of triangular shaped blower motor.
The blower motor resistor is located on the right hand side of air inlet(plenum). Where is the air inlet? Where is the (plenum)?
