On the Corsa C model (2000-2006) it's located to the right-hand side of the windscreen washer reservoir, under a flap.
There is know release button on the corsa c, all you do is unlock the whole car which then unlocks the petrol flap then you can pull it open with your hand.
Its a Heater & A/C Control Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve
Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.Remove the center bezel from the instrument panel.Remove the four screws that secure the A/C-heater control to the instrument panel.Pull the A/C-heater control away from the instrument panel far enough to access the connections on the back of the control.Disconnect the vacuum harness from the A/C-heater control.Disconnect the wire harness connectors from the A/C-heater control and remove the blower switch......
Heat control is by air flow control doors in the a/c and heater box. There is no water valve.
Depending on the year, make and model check the following.............. 1. A/C heater control door. 2. Cables and vacuum lines. 3. A/C heater control panel.

the alloys on a corsa c are either 6jx15" or 6.5jx15" becareful with the offset tho because i remember the old nova's were an odd offset and the corsa is the replacement for the nova.
