The fuel pump for your 94 BMW 325i is accessible from beneath the rear seat. Pull out the seat cushion and pull the carpet and sound dampening mat from the passenger side seat clip. Under the mat is a large rectangular cap with rounded edges held down by 4 screws. Take out the screws and remove the cap and you will see the top of the fuel tank and the top of the fuel pump carriage.
