Look in the Passenger well [where feet go]. On right, under center console is a vertical white plastic fitment with a 'pull' tag on it. This is it. Pull with pliers
Getting it out is simple but to replace it might be better to take out the glove box and give yourself more room. Don't take out until you have a replacement as muck goes everywhere and its a hell of a job.
I had problems getting one in the UK, there was general apathy about the whole thing. But try a French car bits superamrket such as 'Norauto' it was 21€.
Ours was completely blocked - so much for UK car serviceing.
Its worth as well looking at price of the engine air filer at same shop, this is behind the battery - aprox, you need 10mm spaner and T20 driver for this filter. Goes into click top box.

u have to remove the rain protector located in the base of the windshield (outside below the windshield), than you find a box in the passenger side. if you remove that box, you can find the cabin filter. (this is a model made '95)
