ATF can be added through the dip stick tube. Use a funnel!

On the Regina engine the Transmission dipstick is located up by the driver side towards the windshield, If you hace the Boshe engien it will be tward the back of the engine on the driver side. most of the time it blends in with the hoses and wires.

You didn't say if it was an auto or standard...however If it's a B500 Allison,you must use transynd, 740-746 Allison uses either atf or 30 weight engine oil, Standard transmission...use the 30 weight engine oil hope this helps
it is fill to spill. fill from under neath tans. it must be pumped in. car must be runnign and trans. must be between 30 and 50 degrees "c" fluid temp. preferably closer to 30. once spilling out let drip to slowest drip and plug hole.
