A 1999 Durango does not have any part called a GPS sensor.
The 2006 Dodge Durango camshaft position sensor is located on the back end of the head. The position sensor should be labeled as such.
The backup sensor is inside the transmission.

The oxygen sensor is located in the exhaust system on a 2005 Dodge Durango Hemi 5.7. There is a sensor located before and after the catalytic converter.

The 4.7L 2002 dodge durango has 4 O2 sensors. ref. Chilton's Dodge Durango/Dakota 2001-03 repair manual. page 6-19 (Oxygen sensor - general info and replacement) The upstream oxygen sensor is located before the catalytic converter. The downstream oxygen sensor is located is located after the catalytic converter.
