Fuse, low refrigerant, bad compressor clutch, or relay.
low freon
Because its probably not working. Try turning on the AC to see if they both kick on and make sure to do this when the car is warm. If the car is cold they fans wont kick in.
Before going after the relay make sure you have enough freon in the system otherwise a/c compressor wont kick on!!!
try first with freon
first, understand that a transformer is an AC DEVICE. it wont work on dc...
To get your house AC to kick on, first ensure that the thermostat is set to a temperature lower than the current room temperature. Check that the system is powered on and that the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped. Additionally, make sure the air filters are clean and that the AC unit is properly maintained. If it still doesn’t turn on, you may need to consult a professional technician.
If it is too low on coolant the ac compressor will not engage. It is a safety feature to keep from burning it up. Try to add freon and as the pressure builds the compressor should kick on. If you are sure you have adequate coolant; it could be anything from electrical to a frozen compressor.
wont look exactly the same but similiar http://img106.exs.cx/img106/9816/dsc03262medium2oc.jpg
You are low on refrigerant, google R134a...
Passenger side kick panel. There is a small 10amp and a 40amp both are for the AC.
It wont work for AC measurements. Not designed for AC application
