it depends on the wrench that shows if you have one wrench that would indicate an A service and two wrenches would indicate a B service you can get a detailed list of these from your local MB dealer

That is the periodic maintenance light, it will go off every 4800 miles, or 4 months to remind you to take your car in for regular maintenance.
I checked the owners manual and the wrench light in the overhead warning lights comes on after aproximately 7700 KM ( 4800 miles ) or 358 days to indicate routine service should be performed
