The secondary air pump is located at the front of the engine, between the engine and the radiator, you can see it from below the car. To get to it you will have to pull the front of the car partially off.

Located in front of the manifold, should be attached to it with a triangle looking bracket, sitting right behind the radiator and fans pretty center. hope that helps. Im looking for one.
