Its usually the Front Wheel Balance, but Being a Bushed Axle, Make sure all the bushes are good and there is no play in them. A set of worn Panhard Rod bushes Will not help, as will a Tired Old Steering Damper. I had the exact same problem. Severe wobble when I reached a particular speed (80kmph) I drove home and examined the undercarriage and discovered that clay/mud was stuck to the inside of both front and back left side wheels. (I had been driving off-road that day) I scraped all the mud out with my hands and tested the vehicle again. No more wobble!
No. The series 2 and 2a had single speed wipers with the rotary switch in the middle dash. The early series 3 has a single speed rotary switch on the right of the steering wheel, and later ones had a two speed switch. That said - nothing stops you putting a later switch in and using a two speed motor on each wiper arm (series 2 have two motors, series 3 have one and a drive cable.)
There is no "headlight" relay for the Discovery II series. All of the operative functions, aside from fuses, are located in the Multifunction Stalk Switch that is attached to your steering column.
The Landrover series one was in production from 1948 to 1985.The first to be sold would have cost around £200 depending on the specification. These days you could expect to pay around £6,000 to £8,000 for a well preserved model.
