In a 1996 MB E320/W210 (w/out Bose) the speaker sizes are as follows: Front Door- 6 3/4 (smaller sizes may fit with brackets) Rear Door- 3 1/2 Rear Deck Lid- 6 3/4 (smaller sizes may fit with brackets)
if you have the Bose speaker system your looking at 3 6.5"... one in each door and one hidden in a panel in the trunk
