Are you asking if a child can ride in the front seat?

I think over 80 lbs and 54 inches tall.

First, you need to have a butt; second, you need to place the butt on the seat. That should do it. If that does not work, either take the Volvo to the shop or your butt to a proctologist.

This is one of the dumber questions I have ever seen.

THIS IS NOT A DUMB QUESTION. TO THE ONE WHO ASKED THE QUESTION:

http://www.carseat.org/Resources/58a_air_bags.pdf SHOULD HELP YOU. :)

How old do you have to be to sit in front seat of a car in Washington?

In Washington, children under 13 years old are generally required to sit in the back seat of a vehicle, unless there are no rear seats or all rear seats are already occupied by other passengers under 13. It is safest for children to sit in the back seat until they are old enough to properly fit in and use the vehicle's seat belt.
