Are you asking if a child can ride in the front seat?
I think over 80 lbs and 54 inches tall.
First, you need to have a butt; second, you need to place the butt on the seat. That should do it. If that does not work, either take the Volvo to the shop or your butt to a proctologist.

I believe you have to Be, 80Lbs or over,12 yrs old,or 54 inches tall. But you have to meet 2 of the 3 requirements.
