you shouldn't need one.
first off. you should have the manual that came with the car. in there will be a list of fuses and numbers and which slots they go in.
second. under your steering wheel by the clutch and pedals is where your fuse box is. you have to unsrew the plastic plate covering it, but it's there. when you take the plate off it tells you what each fuse does and where they go.
If he/she thought they didnt need one, they would not have asked.
